The Starting Point

The goal for GoParcel was to bring clarity and ease to an often frustrating experience—shipping and receiving packages. We needed to create a modern platform that supported live delivery updates, barcode scanning, payment tracking, and real-time customer support.

My role included owning the design system and crafting each flow from onboarding to delivery confirmation.

Immersive Research

We analyzed mobile logistics apps, reviewed user pain points on courier platforms, and gathered feedback from internal stakeholders. Users were often frustrated by unclear tracking statuses, unresponsive verification flows, and hidden service fees.
