The Starting Point
The vision for Trusta was to empower both individuals and DAOs to manage decentralized financial operations confidently. Our challenge was to create a highly usable, visually clear platform that simplifies the technical layers of blockchain while still providing advanced functionality.
I was brought on to lead the design of this platform end-to-end—from visual direction to dashboard UX.
Immersive Research
To ground the design in user needs, I analyzed DeFi tools and user feedbacks. Key insights pointed to a need for better feedback during transactions, simpler smart contract flows, and responsive mobile performance.
These learnings informed our navigation design, error states, and trust signals throughout the platform.
